Kissan Bharat (kissanbharat.com) is the brand name under which the online portal and its related digital services (collectively, the "Platform") are operated by Refpay Media Pvt Ltd ("Refpay Media Pvt Ltd," "Kissan Bharat," "we," "us," or "our"), dedicated to providing Indian farmers with information, tools, and resources relating to tractors, farm equipment, crops, livestock, government schemes, and agricultural news.

• Contact and communications — information you provide when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form, including the content of your message.
• Voluntary submissions — any content you choose to post or submit on the Platform, such as comments or contributions to Farmer's Digest, where such features are enabled.

When you visit the Platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful government or judicial requests

Any tractor, dealer, or financing information shown to you is provided directly by our own team using publicly available or platform-sourced information, and is not provided by transferring your personal data to such third parties.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, IT infrastructure, customer support tools, and analytics or advertising providers (e.g., Google), who are permitted to use your information only for the purposes we specify
• With government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement, where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
